Amuse is a collaboration between Proxies and chefs Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark the wife-and-husband team behind two of Chicago’s most acclaimed restaurants: Michelin-starred Parachute and wherewithall. 

Weaving Beverly’s Korean heritage and Johnny’s Ukrainian roots with modern American cuisine, the duo is at the forefront of the Chicago food crew, always iterating and innovating. Blending Proxies together was a natural fit, and the proof is in the pour. 

Please note: This product contains certain ingredients, like miso paste, to add depth and complexity to the flavor, but also cause naturally occuring sediment. This is not indicative that the product is expired or spoiled. Please gently invert the bottle (don't shake!) to recombine before opening.
